I am a PhD candidate in Public Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, funded by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. This fall, I will be joining Carnegie Mellon University as a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Engineering and Public Policy Department. I study the intersection of electricity markets, climate change, and utility regulation. I hold a BS in Physics from Yale University.
